Butter Masala Spice by Lex's Pantry

Make your own butter chicken or Tofu/Tempeh Chicken at home with all the great flavours of your favourite restaurant. 

After years of working on this blend to get it just right, we finally got it to restaurant-quality Butter Chicken.  You can use it on the stovetop or in an Instant Pot for a quicker meal. Both turn out a great dish. 

Cooking Butter Chicken

This blend does require some additional ingredients over and above the chicken, but we do our best to make it as easy as possible. And that's pretty easy! 

And don't worry, we will send you the ingredient list required and include instructions for both traditional and Instant Pot options. The Instant Pot version will be a little wetter but don't worry, you'll fix that at the end by adding more butter and cream! 

By the way all of Lex's Pantry  Premium Spice Blends make a wonderful dip when combined with Mayo and sourcream.

Ingredients: Kosher Salt, Onion, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Garam Masala, Kashmiri Chili Powder, Coriander, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Cumin, Cayenne, Cloves, Cardamom
